Invite users

Tovie Data Agent supports collaboration within the account.

Access to Tovie Data Agent is available upon request. If you are the account owner, please contact contact@tovie.ai. If you are only a member, please contact the account owner.

Access for new users

You can invite users to the accounts you manage. These accounts are marked with “ Managing”.

To invite users:

  1. Go to the Accounts section in Tovie Cloud.

  2. Select the account you manage.

  3. In the account, click Invite user.

  4. Select the product Data Agent.

  5. Select groups and roles for users:

    • In the Data Agent group, the only available role is KHUB_ADMIN. It provides full access to Tovie Data Agent.
    • In the General group, the relevant role for Tovie Data Agent is USER_ADMIN. The role allows viewing and managing account users, for example, inviting new users and changing existing roles.
  6. Enter user emails.

  7. Click Invite.

Access for previously invited users

For users of your account who do not yet have access to Tovie Data Agent, you can provide it as follows:

  1. Go to the Accounts section in Tovie Cloud.

  2. Select the account you manage.

  3. In the account, click next to the user and select Edit.

  4. Select the group and the KHUB_ADMIN role.

  5. Click Save.
