Tovie Data Agent user roles

Roles are used to manage user access to Tovie Data Agent features.

Reader: KHUB_READER

A basic role that provides access to information in knowledge bases but does not allow making changes.

Scope:

• Create chats with knowledge bases, view and send messages in chats.
• View and edit settings in the test chat.
• View the list of projects.

Editor: KHUB_EDITOR

A role for managing content, integrations, and channels.

Scope:

• All permissions of the Reader role.
• Manage sources: add, remove, start indexing, assign segments.
• Set up integrations.
• Connect channels.
• Evaluate response quality.
• View project settings in read-only mode.

Owner: KHUB_OWNER

A role for managing knowledge base projects.

Scope:

• All permissions of the Editor role.
• Create and delete projects.
• Edit project settings, excluding prompts.
• View spending statistics.
• Manage project API keys.

The Owner role is assigned by default to the user who created the account.

Administrator: KHUB_ADMIN

The role with the highest level of access, including the ability to manage prompts.

Scope:

• All permissions of the Owner role.
• View and edit prompts for response generation, rephrasing queries, and quality evaluation.
• Manage administrative API keys.

To view statistics, check your balance, and top it up, you need the BILLING_ADMIN role.

To invite users and manage their roles, you need the USER_ADMIN role.
