Testing knowledge base in UI

Once your knowledge base has is indexed, you can test it to make sure it operates properly and answers potential user questions correctly.

How to test knowledge base

  1. Go to the Chat section.

  2. Ask your questions and see how the knowledge base answers them. Try a variety of queries to make sure the knowledge base is working fine.

  3. Go to Settings to try other search and generating option.

    These settings affect only the current chat. To apply them to the entire knowledge base, click Save to project. Learn more about settings.

  4. Go to Chunks panel to see what text fragments were used to generate the answer.
